Online booking was straightforward. The offices are easy to find. Reykjavik office is within easy walking distance (with cases) of the city centre, down near the harbour. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We'd booked a Kia 4 x 4, which is what we got. Clean, almost new, well presented. No problems with car at all - and we did some F roads. Return at Keflavik airport was easy too. There's a petrol station just round the corner to top up if you need to.

Very satisfied with the service; car pick-up and return were done swiftly. They will pick you up from the airport when arriving and drop you off as well when leaving. A plus for me was that the car was equipped with winter tires at no extra charge, which was key for driving around in Iceland during the winter.

We had a great experience with Reykjavík Cars! Our car was ready when we landed, it worked great the entire trip. The WiFi was helpful in navigating the island and worked seamlessly. Drop off was easy. I prefer to try and use local companies while traveling to keep money in the country I am going to and this fit that bill as well!
